Following your purchase, Open Studio will contact you within 48 hours to arrange pick-up/delivery.

Canada Post Service Disruption
In the event of a Canada Post service disruption, deliveries can be made using FedEx or UPS (this service does not insure fine art).
We recommend in-gallery pick-up, if possible.

Pick-up in Person

Purchases can be picked up in person during regular business hours, Monday - Friday 10 am - 5 pm, and Saturdays 12 - 5. Please arrange pick up day and time with Open Studio in advance. Open Studio recommends item(s) be picked up within 10 business days.

Delivery Service
Within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
If the delivery address is within the GTA Open Studio can arrange delivery by courier. The client will be responsible for all delivery costs. We charge a 10% handling fee on the delivery cost.

Delivery within Canada and the USA, excluding Toronto
If the delivery address is outside of the GTA area, but within Canada or the USA, Open Studio will deliver via your choice of Canada Post or FedEx for delivery. The client may also use their preferred delivery service and account, by providing account details to Open Studio when arranging shipping. The client is responsible for all delivery costs, including any additional charges that may apply, such as brokerage, insurance expenses and customs fees.
We charge a 10% handling fee on the delivery cost. For framed artwork please see Packaging of Artworks below.

An estimate will be issued to the client prior to shipment of the item(s). Once Open Studio has received approval of the estimate from the client, a separate invoice will be issued for delivery costs, and must be paid prior to shipment of purchases.
Please allow 10 - 15 business days after the receipt of the payment, for the item(s) to be processed and delivered to the confirmed location.

Delivery Service Outside of Canada and the USA
Open Studio will deliver items outside of Canada and the USA via your choice of Canada Post or FedEx. The client is responsible for all delivery charges, including any additional charges that may apply, such as insurance expenses, customs fees and necessary export permits. We charge a 10% handling fee on the delivery cost. For framed artwork please see Packaging of Artworks below.

Packaging of Artworks
Unframed two-dimensional artwork will be professionally packed in either tubes or flat packaging. If the packaging of the artwork requires a customized package (such as a sculptural print) we will contact the client regarding this, and a quote for the customized packaging will be given for approval. An additional handling and packing fee will be added to the delivery cost.
Framed artwork will be professionally packed and an additional charge, to be confirmed with the client, will be added to the cost of delivery. For fragile framed and sculptural artwork, custom crates are recommended; an additional charge will be confirmed with the client, and added to the delivery invoice.
