About the Artist

Born in Montreal, Diane Jutras received a B.F.A. in Art History from Concordia University and continues to explore different techniques such as litho, photolitho, photoetching and numerical printing. Yet, working at l'Atelier Circulaire in Montreal, where she also was teaching, etching on cooper or zinc is her main technique. She has exhibited her work across Canada and internationally in Peru, France, Portugal, China, Australia, Northern Ireland and United States. Her work is included in a number of notable collections, among them the Canadian National, National Bank of Quebec, Bank of Montreal, Loto-Quebec, Alcan, Museum of Cleveland.
